FASHION WEEK 2012 NYC
Say what you will about Fashion Week and the obnoxious people and parties that come along with it, apparently the semiannual event that makes the city lots of money. According to Mayor Bloomberg, the extravagant exhibition is expected to generate about $865 million for the local economy in 2012. Take that number, add in underground drug sales and we’re clearing a cool billion off this thing.
